Guests reserving multiple services in different departments (e.g.All service durations include preparation and change time.Walk-in appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis only. We strongly recommend making a prior reservation at least 3-5 days in advance for all service appointments.
If dissatisfied, you must let us know within the 5 minute timeframe provided. However, dissatisfaction after the full service will not grant any refund. All customers receiving a spa service have the right to stop their treatment 5 minutes into the service.Service intake forms can be found in guests' appointment confirmation email or on QR codes found near our service departments in store. All guests must fill out their service intake form prior to their appointment in order to receive their service.All customers with a spa reservation must check-in 30 minutes prior to service time or Island Spa has the right to cancel the appointment.Services are not included with the admission (all guests are required to purchase a general admission pass if they plan to schedule a service).
However, this is done on a first-come, first-served basis! So we recommend you check-in 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to your appointment time in order to secure a room. If 2 guests within the same party have massage appointments scheduled for the same time, it can be arranged so that both guests are placed in the same room for their services.
